Schedule 2, paragraph 26

Section 218A (regulators power to require information) is amended as follows. In subsection (1) after “authorised persons” insert “ or recognised investment exchanges carrying on a regulated activity relating to a trading facility ”. In subsection (3) after paragraph (a) insert— to recognised investment exchanges mentioned in subsection (1) generally or only to specified exchanges or classes of exchange;
