Section 312B (removal of passport rights from EEA market operator) is amended as follows. In subsection (1) for “regulated market or multilateral trading facility” substitute “ trading venue ”. In subsection (2) — at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”; for paragraph (c) substitute— by the markets in financial instruments regulation; or by any directly applicable EU regulation made under that directive or that regulation
