Schedule 2, paragraph 36

Section 312C (exercise of passport rights by recognised investment exchange) is amended as follows. In subsection (1) for “regulated market or multilateral trading facility” substitute “ trading venue ”. In subsection (5) — in paragraph (a)— for “31.6” substitute “ 34.7 ”; and after “multilateral trading facility”, insert “ or an organised trading facility ”; and in paragraph (b) for “42.6” substitute “ 53.6 ”. In subsection (7) for “4.1.22” substitute “ 4.1.26 ”.
