Schedule 2, paragraph 38

In section 313(1) (interpretation of Part 18)— in the definition of “multilateral trading facility” for “4.1.15” substitute “ 4.1.22 ”; after the definition of “multilateral trading facility” insert— “organised trading facility” has the meaning given in Article 4.1.23 of the markets in financial instruments directive; in the definition of “regulated market” for “4.1.14” substitute “ 4.1.21 ”; after the definition of “revocation order” insert— “trading venue” means a multilateral trading facility, a regulated market or an organised trading facility.
