Schedule 2, paragraph 51(2)

For the definition of “investment services and activities” substitute— “investment services and activities” has the meaning given by Article 4.1.2 (definitions) of the markets in financial instruments directive, read with Articles 5 to 8 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 on Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regarding organisational requirements and operational conditions for investment firms and defined terms for the purposes of that Directive;
