Schedule 2, paragraph 54(7)

In paragraph 20A — after “investment firm” in both places, insert “ or UK credit institution ”; and after sub-paragraph (2) insert— In this paragraph “UK credit institution” means a UK firm— which is a credit institution; and whose EEA right derives from the markets in financial instruments directive.
