Section 102A (meaning of “securities” etc) is amended as follows. In subsection (3) for the words “Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments” substitute “ the markets in financial instruments directive ”. In subsection (4) for “4.1.17” substitute “ 4.1.15 ”.
