Schedule 4, paragraph 3

The Friendly Societies Act 1992 is amended as follows. In section 69A(4) (duty to prepare individual accounts), for the words from “Directive” to “2004” substitute “ Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 ”. In section 69E(5) (duty to prepare group accounts), for the words from “Directive” to “2004” substitute “ Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 ”.
