The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom
For the purposes of the definition of “high-frequency algorithmic trading technique” in regulation 2(1), a high message intraday rate consists of the submission on average of either of the following— at least 2 messages per second with respect to any single financial instrument traded on a trading venue; at least 4 messages per second with respect to all financial instruments traded on a trading venue.
