Schedule 2, which contains amendments to the Act, has effect. Schedule 3, which contains amendments to secondary legislation made under the Act, has effect. Schedule 4, which contains amendments to primary legislation other than the Act, has effect. Schedule 5, which contains amendments to secondary legislation which was not made under the Act, has effect.
