In regulation 13 (conditions for registration)— in paragraph (2) for “regulation 12” substitute “ regulations 12 and 20 ”; after paragraph (4) insert— The business to which the application relates must not include the provision of account information services or payment initiation services. in paragraph (8)(e) for “2009” substitute “ 2017 ”.
