In regulation 26 (outsourcing)— in paragraph (2)— after “important operational function” insert “ , including provision of an information technology system ”; in sub-paragraph (a)(ii) after “monitor” insert “ and retrace ”; in paragraphs 2(a)(ii), (b) and (c) and (3)(a) for “2009” substitute “ 2017 ”; after paragraph (3) insert— An authorised electronic money institution must notify the Authority without undue delay of any change in outsourced functions or the persons to which functions are outsourced.
