Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 12(2)

In regulation 1 (citation and commencement)— in paragraph (2) for “These Regulations apply” substitute “ Regulation 4 (fees a trader must not charge a consumer) applies ”; after paragraph (2) insert— Regulation 6A applies in relation to contracts entered into after the date on which the Payment Services Regulations 2017 were made.
