Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 20

In the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 EU Infringements) Order 2014 — in article 4 for “the listed Directive” substitute “ a Directive, or provisions of a Directive, listed in the Schedule ”; in the Schedule (listed directive)— in the heading of the Schedule for “DIRECTIVE” substitute “ DIRECTIVES ”; in the heading of the first column in the table for “Directive” substitute “ Directives ”; in the first column of the table after “Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and the Council” insert— ; and Paragraphs 4 and 5 and the second sentence of paragraph 3 of Article 62 of Directive 2015/2366/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25th November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, amending Directives 2002/65/EC, 2009/110/EC and 2013/36/EU and Regulation (EU) No. 1093/2010, and repealing Directive 2007/64/EC in the second column of the table after “Regulations 4,” insert “ 6A, 6B, ”.
