In regulation 14 of the Small and Medium Sized Business (Finance Platforms) Regulations 2015 (extension of the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Scheme to designated finance platforms) , in paragraph (1)(a), (d) and (e) for “2009” substitute “ 2017 ”.
