In regulation 2(1)(c) of the Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004 (interpretation) , in the definition of “insolvency event” for “regulation 19(15) of the Payment Services Regulations 2009” substitute “ regulation 23(18) of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 ”.
