Section 125(2)

A direction may be given for the purpose of— obtaining information about— compliance with a qualifying requirement; or the application of a qualifying requirement to a person; remedying a failure to comply with a qualifying requirement; or preventing a failure to comply, or continued non-compliance, with a qualifying requirement.
