Section 130

A person who is affected by a decision to give a direction under regulation 125 (directions) other than a general direction or a decision to publish details under regulation 126(a) (publication of compliance failures) may appeal against the decision to the Competition Appeal Tribunal in accordance with regulation 131. A person who is affected by a decision to impose a penalty under regulation 127 (penalties) may appeal against the decision to the Competition Appeal Tribunal in accordance with regulation 132.
