Section 154(3)

The period starts on 13th January 2018 and ends at the end of— 14th September 2019; or if earlier, the date on which— the FCA notifies the person of its decision in relation to an application for authorisation or registration, or for variation of an authorisation, in respect of the services, or the person gives the FCA notice of the withdrawal of such application.
