Section 34(15)

An application under paragraph (3) may be combined with an application under regulation 5 , 13 or 17, in which case the application must be determined in the manner set out in regulation 9 (determination of application for authorisation) (if relevant, as applied by regulation 15 or 19 (supplementary provisions relating to applications for registration as a small payment institution or account information service provider).
