Section 79(3)

The payer is entitled to an unconditional refund from its payment service provider of the full amount of any direct debit transactions of the type referred to in Article 1 of Regulation (EU) 260/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14th March 2012 establishing technical and business requirements for credit transfers and direct debits in euro and amending Regulation (EC) No 924/2009 .
