The Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018 · United Kingdom
These Regulations apply only to proceedings— brought before a court after the coming into force of these Regulations, in respect a claim for the unlawful acquisition, use or disclosure of a trade secret, and for the application of measures, procedures and remedies provided for under these Regulations.
