Section 7(1)

If, in relation to a claim in England and Wales and Northern Ireland for the unlawful acquisition, use or disclosure of a trade secret, the trade secret holder is under a disability during the whole or any part of the limitation period, the limitation period for the claim begins with the earlier of— the day on which the trade secret holder ceases to be under a disability, and the day on which the trade secret holder dies.
