Section 35

For rule 5(6) substitute— The Registrar may at any time— suspend the right of applicants to file a request for expedited examination under paragraph (2) (“the expedited examination service”) for such period as the registrar deems fit; and resume the expedited examination service. Where the registrar suspends or resumes the expedited examination service pursuant to paragraph (6), the registrar must publish a notice on the Office website— of the date from which the expedited examination service is suspended; of the date upon which the expedited examination service will resume.
