Section 54
The Trade Marks Regulations 2018 · United Kingdom
Subject to the amendments made by regulations 45 to 49, any regulations made under section 52 of the 1994 Act which have effect immediately before the coming into force of these Regulations have effect on and after the day these Regulations come into force as if made under that section as amended by these Regulations.
