Other irritating chemical substances, and mixtures thereof containing at least 0.3 % by weight of the active substance, as follows, except where the material is incorporated in a medical product— Note: For the purposes of paragraph (2) which precedes this table, “medical product” means— (1) a pharmaceutical formulation designed for human administration in the treatment of medical conditions, and (2) prepackaged for distribution as a clinical or medical product.
