Schedule 3C, Part 3, paragraph 20

In this Part, “firearm” means any portable barrelled weapon that expels, is designed to expel or may be converted to expel, a shot, bullet or projectile by the action of a combustible propellant. For the purposes of this Schedule, the following terms have the meaning given to them in Annex I of the Dual-Use Regulation— “development”; “production”; “software”; “technology”; “use”.
