Schedule 3J, paragraph 8A(2)

In sub-paragraph (1)— “legal document” includes any document which is governed in whole or in part by law, or which satisfies a legal requirement; “legal representation services” include advice given in relation to a dispute or potential dispute, and on the settlement of a dispute, whether or not proceedings referred to in sub-paragraph (1)(b) are commenced in relation to the dispute.
