Section 102(1)

Paragraph (2) applies where— an application was made before IP completion day for a licence or authorisation under or pursuant to the Export Control Order 2008 or the Dual-Use Regulation, the application is for authorisation of an act prohibited by Part 5 (Trade), and a decision to grant or refuse the application has not been made before IP completion day.
