Section 25(1)

A person must not— directly or indirectly make restricted goods or restricted technology available to a person connected with Russia; directly or indirectly make restricted goods or restricted technology available for use in Russia; directly or indirectly acquire military goods or military technology from a person connected with Russia; . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . directly or indirectly acquire military goods or military technology located in Russia. directly or indirectly make maritime goods or maritime technology available for the placing on board of a Russian-flagged vessel.
