Section 3(6)

In this regulation a “relevant requirement” means any requirement imposed— by or under Part 8 (Information and records), or by reason of a request made under a power conferred by that Part, by a condition of a Treasury licence , a trade licence, a detained transport asset licence or a ships licence, or by a direction under regulation 57C (movement of ships).
