Section 46BC(2)

A person must not directly or indirectly provide brokering services in pursuance of or in connection with an arrangement whose object or effect is— the export of luxury goods to, or for use in, Russia; the direct or indirect supply or delivery of luxury goods to a place in Russia; directly or indirectly making luxury goods available— to a person connected with Russia, or for use in Russia; or the direct or indirect provision of technical assistance relating to luxury goods— to a person connected with Russia, or for use in Russia.
