Section 46V(1)

A person must not directly or indirectly provide technical assistance relating to— the import of Schedule 3D revenue generating goods which— originate in Russia, or are consigned from Russia; the direct or indirect acquisition of Schedule 3D revenue generating goods which— with the intention of those goods entering the United Kingdom; originate in Russia, or are located in Russia, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
