Section 46W(1)

A person must not directly or indirectly provide financial services or funds in pursuance of or in connection with an arrangement whose object or effect is— the import of Schedule 3D revenue generating goods which— originate in Russia, or are consigned from Russia; or the direct or indirect acquisition of Schedule 3D revenue generating goods which— with the intention of those goods entering the United Kingdom; originate in Russia, or are located in Russia, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
