Section 46Y(2)

A person must not directly or indirectly— supply or deliver G7 dependency and further goods from a third country to a place in Russia; make G7 dependency and further goods or G7 dependency and further technology available to a person connected with Russia; make G7 dependency and further goods or G7 dependency and further technology available for use in Russia.
