Section 46Z1(1)

A person must not directly or indirectly provide, to a person connected with Russia, financial services in pursuance of or in connection with an arrangement whose object or effect is— the export of G7 dependency and further goods; the direct or indirect supply or delivery of G7 dependency and further goods; directly or indirectly making G7 dependency and further goods or G7 dependency and further technology available to a person; ... the transfer of G7 dependency and further technology; or the direct or indirect provision of technical assistance relating to G7 dependency and further goods or G7 dependency and further technology.
