Section 46Z28(1)

A person must not directly or indirectly provide financial services or funds in pursuance of or in connection with an arrangement whose object or effect is— the import of liquefied natural gas which— originates in Russia, or is consigned from Russia; the direct or indirect acquisition of liquefied natural gas which— with the intention of the liquefied natural gas entering the United Kingdom. originates in Russia, or is located in Russia,
