In this Chapter— “liquefied natural gas” means liquefied natural gas— falling within commodity code 2711 11 00, and which originates in or is consigned from Russia; “ship” includes every description of vessel (including a hovercraft) used in navigation, except the naval, military or air-force ships of any country; “third country” means a country that is not the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or Russia. Paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 applies for the purposes of interpreting the definition of liquefied natural gas in paragraph (1).
