Section 46Z32(1)

A person must not directly or indirectly provide, to a person connected with Russia, financial services in pursuance of or in connection with an arrangement whose object or effect is— the export of Russia’s vulnerable goods; the direct or indirect supply or delivery of Russia’s vulnerable goods; directly or indirectly making Russia’s vulnerable goods or Russia’s vulnerable technology available to a person; ... the transfer of Russia’s vulnerable technology; or the direct or indirect provision of technical assistance relating to Russia’s vulnerable goods or Russia’s vulnerable technology.
