Section 46Z32(3)

A person must not directly or indirectly provide financial services or funds in pursuance of or in connection with an arrangement whose object or effect is— the export of Russia’s vulnerable goods to, or for use in, Russia; the direct or indirect supply or delivery of Russia’s vulnerable goods to a place in Russia; directly or indirectly making Russia’s vulnerable goods or Russia’s vulnerable technology available— to a person connected with Russia, or for use in Russia; ... the transfer of Russia’s vulnerable technology— to a person connected with Russia, or to a place in Russia; or the direct or indirect provision of technical assistance relating to Russia’s vulnerable goods or Russia’s vulnerable technology— to a person connected with Russia, or for use in Russia.
