Section 46Z9C(2)

A person must not directly or indirectly, on or after the second relevant day, provide financial services or funds in pursuance of or in connection with an arrangement whose object or effect is the supply or delivery by ship of 2710 oil and oil products— from a place in Russia to a third country; or from one third country to another third country.
