Section 57(4)

A Crimean ports direction, a Donetsk ports direction or a Kherson and Zaporizhzhia ports direction— may be given to any master or pilot of a British ship which is a cruise ship, or to masters and pilots of British ships which are cruise ships generally; may be of indefinite duration or a defined duration.
