Section 57F(1)

The Secretary of State may specify ships within the meaning of section 7 of the Act for any of the following purposes— regulation 46AA (provision of services relating to specified ships), regulation 46AB (procurement of services relating to specified ships), regulation 57ZA (prohibition on chartering or operating specified ships), regulation 57A (prohibition on port entry), regulation 57B (directions prohibiting port entry), regulation 57C (movement of ships), regulation 57D (detention of ships), ... regulation 57E (registration of ships in the United Kingdom).
