Section 57F(4)

For the purposes of this regulation, a ship is “involved in a relevant activity” if the ship is used for any activity whose object or effect is— to destabilise Ukraine or undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine, to obtain a benefit from or support the Government of Russia, or to contravene or circumvent, or to enable or facilitate the contravention or circumvention of, any provision of these Regulations.
