Section 57G(1)

The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

Paragraph (2) applies where the Secretary of State— has specified a ship under regulation 57F(1) or (2) (specification of ships), or has by virtue of section 26 of the Act revoked a specification made under that regulation.
