Section 57I(2A)

The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

For the purposes of regulations 57A to 57H, a ship is not “operated” by its master or crew unless that master or crew are designated persons under the relevant regulations of this Part.
