The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

Air traffic control may direct the operator or pilot in command of a Russian aircraft— not to enter the airspace over the United Kingdom, or to leave the airspace over the United Kingdom by a specific route.
