Section 57J(6)

The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

The Secretary of State may direct an airport operator to— give a direction under paragraph (5), secure the detention of a Russian aircraft at an airport, or secure the movement of a Russian aircraft to an airport specified in the direction.
