The Secretary of State may direct the CAA to— refuse permission under article 250 of the ANO in respect of a Russian aircraft, refuse permission under article 252 of the ANO in respect of a Russian aircraft, suspend or revoke any permission granted under article 250 of the ANO in respect of a Russian aircraft, or suspend or revoke any permission granted under article 252 of the ANO in respect of a Russian aircraft.
