Section 60(3)

In this regulation, “the relevant date” means— in the case of investments in relation to Crimea, 20th December 2014; in the case of investments in relation to non-government controlled areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, 23rd February 2022. in the case of investments in relation to non-government controlled areas of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, 20th June 2023.
